The Challenge
Prizeout needed to validate a complex dual-product system (gift card marketplace + action-based rewards) before engineering investment - risking $200K+ if the UX didn't convert.

Conducted rapid usability testing with 20 credit union members, identified critical friction points in onboarding and checkout flows, and delivered production-ready UX recommendations.

The Result
CashBack+ launched successfully and is now live in credit union mobile apps, processing thousands of cashback transactions monthly and enabling Prizeout to secure additional credit union partnerships.
